So we just unlocked the Madness Levels and we can go for our first run. I’m not finding a great new Combo I would like to try, so let us try going double Healer and take Zek on a ride. I think Zek would match better with a to unlock Healer, but that is what we get right now 😀
Oh Yeah! We have a great Synergy going with Cornelius and Ottis. We stack 200 Burn and Sanctify with Ottis so that we can heal by hitting and with Cornelius we burn even more and deal over 400 Damage 😀 Besides that we finally get our first Run through the End! YEAH! Let’s go!
Let us try to go more into combinations between the characters. With Healing Rain we can make enemies wet, which will deal more Lightning Damage. Hopefully we will find more Wet Stuff on our journey (we will 😉 ) and let us push through those resistances!
We just unlocked Ottis (Healer), let us test how good he is or not 😀 Ottis is more like “Prevent Damage” with Shields and not Heal as much like Reginald. At least that it was the Starter Deck is showing us. That is a different playstyle we have to test. Also let us go Fire on Evelyn (Mage) and add some Bleed on Andrin (Archer).
We are starting a brand new playthrough+ This time with Across the Obelisk. A just released Roguelite Card Game with Party Building Elements. It is definitely one of the best games I’ve played this year, maybe even the best Card Game this year! The story is about a lost princess and lord and an activated obelisk acting as a teleporter. No one has returned while trying to find them, but we are gonna be the team that will succeed! So let us go on our first journey :3
NOOO! My first recording got a big echo after moving to my new setup… dang…. Oh well let us do it again 😀 Reganu is an okish Hero to go down the route of Creation. Sadly the Horde Mages have that Ardour trait which I really do not like, so I do not want to put too much points into that. That limits my Creation to Level 2, but after that we can also get Logistics and Swarming to Level 2 which is pretty good. Additional Destruction and Mastery in Shamans are nice benefit too. So let us blast our enemies to nothingness!
Plurq can scale really well if we go Creation, Regeneration and Legion. That is more early Units and later we can boost our Magic with more Hydromancy. We all love our Water- and Ice-Elementals don’t we ;-). Early game is a little bit tough, because it takes some time to get Regeneration on Lvl 8, but after that we are gonna create all those nice Arcanetations.
With Teyonot we start with Demonology which is really really good. Then we can add on with Dragonking, Champion and Oligarchy. We are also playing my favorite Faction Pyre *__* That means a lot of Economy and Teleporting between Cities to get extra free Levels hehehehe. But Teyonot them self is a really good hero.
If you have 3 ways to scale then you are off to a great start. Fearcap is a Monster! We have Bloodwarping, Necromancy+Regeneration and Demonology on the same Talent Tree and all in great position. Even if all your Artefacts are trash, this one will push you to your win. One of the best Heroes in the game.
Another slow starter and big hitter later 😉 With Rhyldur we have access to Aethermancy, but without a lot of fights we cannot scale with that. As seen on previous vids early Mercurials can be quite good, so we can go with that. After this we can finally start getting stuff done. We add Swarming, Elementalism and Creation and with this we can go and have a blast 😉
