π Best Melee / Range / Summoner / Farming / Beginner Class – Tainted Grail: Conquest
Hello everyone, and welcome to another article, and today Iβll be talking about the best classes in Tainted Grail: Conquest, depending on what your objective is. So here you will be able to find out the best classes for farming, the best ranged, melee, and the best beginner class. So if youβre new to the game, and still feeling a bit lost on what exactly each class does, then this will for sure help you out.
If you want to know on how to unlock these classes, here is my Unlocking Guide.
Best Melee Class
Letβs begin by talking about the best melee class in the game. Its clearly the Wyrdhunter. The Wyrdhunter can quickly turn the enemy vulnerable which in turn lets you deal additional damage. Additionally due to the many Stun Cards you are quickly able to control the battlefield and quickly win the fights.
A written Build Guide for a Stun Wyrdhunter can be found here.
Best Summoning Class
Blood mages are in my opinion the best summoning classes. Yes you do have to pay for each summon in blood, but on the other hand you get auto activation and auto promotions. Most of the time you can go really fast with such a setup and I would say it would be the only summoning class where you could go Abomination as your starting summon.

Best Range Class
The Sentinel is by far the fastest Ranged Class in the game. Right from the start of the run you can slaughter most of the enemies and even your Ultimate Ability can turn quickly deadly. With the Sentinel you are going to focus on playing Arrows on mass. At the end of the turn you will shred the last enemy standing with your Ultimate Ability. The Sentinel can grow stronger really really fast. Its no wonder that it excels in other topics too. Take this Quiver Sentinel Build as an introduction.
Best Farming Class
Lets first define what Farming is. Farming for me is going for a run in order to get currency. That will be mostly Blood, Runestone Dust, Card Shreds or Golden Tokens. So if you want more of these it all depends on clearing a good difficulty in a fast time. If you want to know which difficulty to pick, have a look at our Difficulty Guide.
So I would argue there are two classes that excel at these type of run:
- With the Wyrdhunter you can go really fast. It was the class with which we got our Ladderstreaking starting and finishing a run in 15min. Also it was the class in which I got the highest endless runs with.
- As alternative go Sentinel. Its easy to get into and you can get really fast. I would say you could even go with the basic deck for a long time. The Wyrdhunter has some meh cards, but Sentinel is fine.
So take one of these on a ride and get those currencies
Best Class to start with
Lets talk about easy or beginner classes. A beginner class is a class which is pretty easy to play and can get you through the whole story if needed. And it really does make sense that these classes are also quite fast in growing in power. So there is no surprise that this will be the Wyrdhunter and Sentinel again. They are the power classes if you want to have an easy time and just enjoy the whole story with.
